Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Siem Reap (L/D)1

Arrival Siemreap at noontime. Welcomed and transferred to hotel for check-in. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon explore the World Heritage of Angkor Wat Temple with its spectacular architecture until enjoy the Angkor Sunset on the top of Phnom Bakheng. Dinner & O/N in Siemreap.

Day 2: Siem Reap -Angkor (B/L/D)

Wake very early morning to drive to Angkor Wat for sunrise wonder view. Return to Hotel for Breakfast. Morning visit the site of Angkor Thom with its majestic doors monumen, Temple of Bayon facing the tropical forest, Baphuon and Phimeanakas mountains, thommanon Elephant terrace, Terrace of the Leper King and Taprohm temple. Afternoon continue to the Preah Khan, Neak Pean, Ta Som, oriental Mebon, Pre Rup temples. Dinner enjoying Khmer Traditional performance Apsara dancing. O/N at hotel in Siemreap.

Day 3: Siem Reap – Angkor (B/L/D)2

Morning drive to Banteay Srey, or “the Citadel of Women”, Cambodia’s last major Khmer temple to be rediscovered, which is located at 32Km from Siemreap. Afternoon continue to visit the Grand and Petit Circuits of temples: Prasat Kravan, Banteay Kdei, Sras Sreng, Neak Poan, Eastern Mebon, Pre Rup. Dinner and O/N in Siemreap.

Day 4: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh – Sihanoukville (B/L/D)

Transfer to the harbor for a boat excursion to Phnompenh, arrive Phnompenh at noon and after lunch overland to the Beach Resort of Sihanouk-Vile, transfer to hotel. After dinner, try the Casino available at the hotel. O/N Sihanoukville.

Day 5: Sihanoukville Beach (B/L/D)

Enjoy the Beach of real white sand and crystal water, reach to Hawall island for fishing, have seafood lunch served at a seaside bungalo restaurant. Afternoon have an excursion to visit the Ream National Park. O/N at hotel in Sihanoukville.

Day 6: Sihanoukville – Penh (B/L/D)3

After breakfast sightsee Sihanoukville before overlanding back to Phnompenh. Lunch in Phnompenh. Afternoon explore the Toul Sleng crime Museum and visit the Choeung-ek Killing Field, the horrible traces of the Khmer Rouge regime. Dinner and O/N Phnompenh.

Day 7: Phnom Penh – Departure (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included) (B/L)

Morning visit the National Fine-Art Museum, the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda and Wat Phnom, from where Phnompenh had been founded and named. After lunch have free time for shopping until transfer to Phnompenh Airport to depart to your next destination

Day 1: Phnom Penh Takeo1

Morning travel by vehicle to Takeo province, 77Km south of Phnom Penh on the national road No.2 passing Tonle Bati a picnic spot located on a small lake. The area also harbors Ta Phrom, the ruins of two small, uniquely constructed 12th century temples. Afternoon, continue to visit Phnom Chisor. mountain 57Km south of Phnom Penh. On the top of the 503 steps ascending Phnom Chisor sit some very nicely preserved 10th/11th century temple ruins. Overnight in a guest house at Takeo.

Day 2: Takeo – Kompot

After breakfast, take speed boat to visit Phnom Da temple of Funan era of early Khmer civilization (1st – 5th century). After lunch, take a car to Kampot Province, visit Kep and overnight at Phnom Khiev hotel in Kampot.

Day 3: Kompot – Sihanoukville

After breakfast, tour to Bokor Mountain Resort for a whole morning. After lunch, travel to Sihanoukville and overnight at Seaside hotel.

Day 4: Sihanoukville2

After breakfast, tour to Kbal Chhay Waterfall, located about 8 kilometers from the town of Sihanoukville and return to the town for lunch. After lunch, city tour including Buddhist Temples, Sea Port, Independent Square and Phsar Leu (Upper Market). Overnight at Seaside hotel .

This is a good opportunity to experience the vastness and diversity of the real Cambodia, drifting from the city life of Phnom Penh to the coastal region of Sihanouk Ville and to the magical realm of the world’s wonder, Angkor Wat. Day 1: Phnom Penh – Arrival (L,D) 1

Upon arrival at the Phnom Penh International Airport, we will get transferred to the hotel. Then we have a city tour: visiting the only one hill in town with sacred sites called Wat Phnom, and to the Independent Monument. After the lunch break at a restaurant, in the afternoon, we visit Royal Palace, one of the most beautiful samples of Khmer palace, which allows us to visit the precious Throne Hall, Prasat Khemarin, Prasat Samren Phirum, Hor Preah Khan, Chan Chhaya, and Silver Pagoda where the king regularly does the warship. Then we move to the nearby National Museum where is collective of post-Ankorian antiques. Then we go through the River Front Park whose scenery is much worth shooting before experiencing the exciting boat cruise along the Mekong River bank to see the lovely Phnom Penh city at night with breathtaking view along the river. At the end of the day, we will have dinner at the local restaurant.

Day 2: Phnom Penh – Sihanouk Ville (B,L,D)

As soon as after the breakfast at the hotel, we depart to Sihanouk-Ville, the Cambodia’s leading beach resort. Once we get there, we will have chance to witness a spectacular view of the white-sand beach where we can swim or sunbath as we want. Our lunch will be at the beach, then we can relax or enjoy various activities ranging from playing volleyball to swimming until the evening when is the perfect time to see the sunset. After the dinner at the local restaurant, we have a city tour around the city since Sihanouk-Ville is believed to be so enjoyable at night time.

Day 3: Water Fall – Phnom Penh (B,L,D) 3

We have breakfast at the hotel and then visit the International port of Cambodia, the busy Fishing Port. After that, we continue to The Independent Square and Golden Lion that are of memorable view for the picture taking. After lunch, we get departure to Kbal Chhay Waterfall, which is a fantastic place for the bath. And then we back to Phnom Penh where we have to have dinner.

Day 4: Phnom Peh – Siem Reap (B,L,D)

In the morning, we get on the 1-hour flight from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, the city of Ankor. then we are accompanied by the guides to the hotel. The same morning we are on tour to Rolous Group temples including  the 9th-century-erected Preah Ko temple, Bakheng, the largest and most complex temple of the Rolous group temples, and the four-brick-tower temple of Lo Lei. After the lunch break, we will head to Small Circuit to witness the Prasat Kravan (Cardamon sanctuary), where we will experience the stunning image of the eight-armed Vishnu in the largest central tower. Then we get going to Banteay Kdei, a massive Buddist temple with four concentric walls, Srah Srang (Royal Bath), Ta Prohm, which is best known for its originally ancient look. Next, we move to just east of Ankor Thom where stand the Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda that seem to be known as the twin temple, and to Takeo, the only temple never completed, that is yet one among the finest.  Finally,
we enjoy the dinner at the local restaurant.

Day 5: South gate of Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat (B, L, D)  4

Today in the early morning, we will view sunrise at Angkor Wat. There you will see the wonderful spectrum of sun rise on the top of the five peaks of Angkor Temple,then breakfast at hotel. In the morning, we continue to visit the exquisitely decorated pink sandstone temple of Banteay Srey, whose intricate carving has the example of Khmer classical art remaining and stands as the finest monument ever seen on the planet. and then we will visit Kbal Spean (The river of a Thousand lingas). Then lunch at the local restaurant, after that we continue to visit Grand Circuit including Pre Rup (Turning the body) where there are some amazingly detailed lintel carvings here, East Mebon, Ta Som, Neak Pean, Preah Khan and Baksei Chamkrong. Dinner at the local restaurant.

Day 6: Grand Citcuit Departure (B,L)

– In the morning, we are on a boat trip to Great Lake Tonle Sap that is renowned for its basin of fresh water fish (10 tons/ 1Square Km in the 60’s). Visitors may also view the fresh water exhibition where we can see various kinds of fish in Tonlesap Lake. We then continue to Les Artisans d’Angkor -Chantiers Ecole where visitors can observe artisans making high quality wood and stone carvings from scratch to end-product. Then we will enjoy the leisure time until the flight departure.

– After the breakfast at the hotel, we then depart to Koh Kong Province, one of Cambodia’s most interesting tourist destinations due to its varied attractions ranging from small islands with white-sand beach to natural waterfalls. There will we have time for a natural view of mountains and cliff. As soon as having arrived at Koh Kong and checked in hotel, we then get released with fresh air and enjoy the sunset sight from the bridge before dinning.

Day 3: Koh Kong Province (B,L,D)

We have breakfast at a restaurant before taking the boat to Koh Por, an island with spectacular view and have a look at the scenery of National Park before visiting a scenic waterfall that is undoubtedly pure since it comes down from Chuor Phnom Kravanh where there are few human settlements. We back to town for lunch and then continue to visit the Koh Kong Safari, the only one place of Cambodia where the wildlife performance is available. Then it is time for the dinner.

Day 4: Kampot – Bokor National Park (B,L,D)3

– After the breakfast, we take the trip back to Phnom Penh, while, on the way, we stop by some breathtaking scenery before the lunch break at the local restaurant. We then go back to Phnom Penh to enjoy the night-time view of the capital city.

Day 5: Phnom Penh – Return Back (B)

We have breakfast at the hotel and then go shopping at the Central Market, which is the busiest market of Cambodia because of its varied staffs with bargains. It is then our leisure time until the departure.

– 8:00 pick up from Saigon. Drive to Cai Be.
Arrival Cái Bè, on the first day at noon
– Boarding at Cai Be at noon. Welcome drink, Introduction to the ship and crew, check into the cabins.
– Departure towards Cho Lach on the Tien Giang river.
– Lunch while en route. Rest on the deck.
– The Bassac slips into the Chợ Lách canal, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the river traffic, between markets and churches, a unique opportunity for a glimpse of the very varied life on the banks as well as on the water.
– Visit of a village on the banks of river Mang Thit, an opportunity to appreciate the way of life and hospitality of the local inhabitants. Visit of the orchard or rice fields nearby.

Day 2: Tra On –  Can Tho Bassac Mekong River Cruise2

– You may get up for breakfast as early as 06:30, as the ship is resuming its cruise the Tra On floating market. The ship then departs towards Can Tho.
– Arrival in Cai Rang floating market, transfer onto a local boat to visit the floating market, the nearby arroyos and gardens and return to the Ninh Kieu pier by mid-morning.
– Boarding back at Ninh Kieu pier. Welcome drink. Departure upstream of the Hau river. Lunch on board while en route.
– Upon arrival at Thot Not, transfer on the longboat to take some walks at the bamboo village in Thot Not.
– Boarding back at dusk, rest on the deck for the sunset while taking somes drinks at the bar.
– The dinner is served on board. The Bassac takes the way back to Can Tho and casts anchor near Can Tho for the night.

Day 3: Can Tho- Ho Chi Minh City Kayak Bassac Mekong River Cruise3

06:30 Bassac cruise sets sail again through the labyrinth of creek and canals towards Cai Be. The passengers take their breakfast while enjoying the scenery on the river banks.The Bassac crosses Co Chien river then branches into Cho Lach canal for 30 minutes through bobbling commotion of laden boats of sand and rice barges, in a scenery of fruit drying facilities and wooden ship building yards. Arrival in Cai Be, check-out and boarding of a local boat for a tour of Cai Be floating market and handicraft. Pick up at Caibe and drive back to Ho Chi Minh city. End of services.

The Mekong Delta (“đồng bằng sông Cửu Long” in Vietnamese-Nine Dragon river delta) is the region in Southeast Vietnam where the Mekong River approaches and empties into the sea through a network of tributaries.
